ICDL Asia Announces Launch of Digital Citizen Tablet Fundamentals Module

The launch of the Digital Citizen Tablet Fundamentals Module was announced at this year’s ICDL Asia Annual Forum 2016. This module will highlight the usage of the tablet computer as a productivity tool in the workplace. The forum provided an excellent opportunity for our Accredited Test Centres and partners to come together and discuss how to raise digital competence standards in the workforce, education and society.

Ms. Tina Wu, General Manager of ICDL Asia delivered the welcome speech and Mr. Damien O’ Sullivan, CEO of ICDL Foundation spoke about the global trends with regards to digital skills. Through the live discussion, members of our Accredited Test Centres also shared their views on the challenges they faced on raising the digital competency in Singapore and around Asia.

The event concluded with an Award Presentation. The awards presented were for Operational Excellence, Marketing Excellence, ICDL Pioneer and ICDL Innovator. The winners are as follows:
